This privacy policy explains which personal data we process in connection with this website and our restaurants. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. For guests from the EU and the EEA, we additionally observe the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
3. Visiting the website
When you access our website, technical data is collected automatically: IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser and operating system, and the referring website. This data is used to provide the website securely and reliably and to analyse errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation. The data is deleted after a short period unless security-related incidents have occurred.
4. Hosting by Wix
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel, with data centres in the EU and the USA, among others. Wix processes the data generated during your visit on our behalf. The website uses technically necessary cookies so that it works properly. Statistics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent via the cookie banner. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time; some functions may then no longer be available.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or via a form, we process your details in order to respond to your enquiry. The data is stored for as long as necessary to handle your request or as required by statutory retention obligations.
7. Voucher orders and payment
For voucher orders we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, amount and any comments. Payment is processed via Wix Payments; payment data such as card numbers is processed directly by the payment service provider and is not stored by us. We retain order and payment records for ten years in accordance with commercial law requirements.
8. Reservations and orders via third-party providers
Table reservations are handled via ForaTable, online orders via Yoordi. When you click the corresponding buttons, you leave our website and the privacy policies of these providers apply. We use the reservation and order data transmitted to us solely to process your booking or order.
9. Social media and external links
Our website contains links to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click a link. We have no influence over how data is processed there.
10. Guest reviews
On the website we display publicly available Google reviews in shortened form with a first name or initials. If you would prefer your review not to be shown, simply send us a short message and we will remove it promptly.
11. Disclosure to third parties
We only pass on personal data if this is necessary to fulfil a contract (for example payment service providers, hosting), if you have given your consent or if we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell personal data.
12. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. The data is then deleted or anonymised.
